Jam Drops With A Twist!

Posted by Riannon Page on

These healthier Jam Drops are one of our favourite simple sweet treats when you want something comforting while still supporting balanced energy levels.

Made with nutritious ingredients including chia seeds, hemp seeds and oats, they provide a source of fibre and healthy fats to help slow down blood sugar spikes compared to traditional biscuits. Using coconut sugar also gives them a lower refined sugar option while still keeping that classic jam drop flavour we all know and love.

They’re easy to make, perfect with a cup of tea and a great healthier baking option to have on hand during the week for you or the family!
