CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Mungbean Health will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- The product is unsafe, and you can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Mungbean Health may elect to return the product to the wholesaler/manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. Mungbean Health reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.
To return an item/s, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and reason for hoping to return the item/s and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
