Looking for a quick, nourishing breakfast or snack to support balanced hormones?

These Cheesy Green Egg Bites are packed with high-quality protein to help keep blood sugar stable throughout the day, an important foundation for hormone health. Eggs provide choline, an essential nutrient that supports fertility, pregnancy and healthy cell function, while broccoli offers fibre and compounds that support healthy estrogen metabolism. Hemp seeds add healthy fats and minerals, making these bites a simple, nutrient-dense option for busy mornings or meal prep.

They're easy to make, freezer-friendly and perfect for keeping on hand when you need a balanced, protein-rich snack.
