Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 serve protein powder
- ¼ cup fibre blend
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup rolled oats
- Optional: chocolate chips or other mix-ins
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until smooth.
- Add protein powder and mix well.

If using vegan protein, add 1 tbsp milk to help create a sticky consistency.
- Stir in the fibre blend and mix thoroughly.
- Add peanut butter and combine well.
- Fold in the rolled oats and mix until evenly incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
- Stir in chocolate chips or desired mix-ins.
- Scoop onto a lined baking tray and gently flatten.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Let cool slightly before enjoying.
