- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of coconut chips
- ½ cup pepita seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup hemp seeds
- 1 heaped tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey
How to Prepare:
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees fan forced and line a baking tray with paper.
- Place all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl add the coconut oil (melt firstly if needed) then add the honey and stir to combine
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Place into the oven for 6 minutes, stir then place back in for another 6 minutes.
- Once golden, allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Once cooled store in airtight jars for storage.
