What You'll Need (makes 10 muffins):
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup grass-fed butter - melted
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup protein powder
How To Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees & prep your muffin tray.
- Mix all ingredients together well. Using a spoon, portion out batter into muffin trays (roughly ¼ cup each).
- Bake for 20 minutes or until you can poke with a knife & it comes out clean.
