Blueberry Protein Muffins

Looking for a snack that’s both nutritious and delicious? These Blueberry Protein Muffins are here to hit the spot!

Packed with almond meal, fresh blueberries, and a boost of protein powder, these muffins are the perfect way to fuel your day. Plus, they’re gluten-free, easy to make, and ready in just 30 minutes!

What You'll Need (makes 10 muffins):

  • 1 cup almond meal 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • ¼  tsp salt 
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup grass-fed butter - melted
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup protein powder

How To Prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees & prep your muffin tray.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well. Using a spoon, portion out batter into muffin trays (roughly ¼ cup each).
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until you can poke with a knife & it comes out clean.
  4. Let your muffins cool & enjoy!
