The perfect little breakfast or lunch box snack for your little ones. These gluten free bagels can be made sweet or savoury and enjoyed by the whole family! They take 5 minutes to make and can be prepared the night before for a busy week.
What You'll Need:
- 2 +¼ cups of almond flour
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- Spices or fruit to flavour
How to Prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan force.
- Combine flour and yogurt in a bowl to make the dough.
- Add in your choice of flavouring! For a sweeter option try a berry yogurt base and pop in some fresh blueberries and a little honey. For a savoury alternative, add pesto and olives, or keep it super simple with some herbs and spices!
- Roll into approximately 6 balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Poke holes through the center of the dough to make the bagels shaped.
- Whisk the egg and glaze the top of the bagels.
- Top with sesame seeds.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
