What You'll Need:
- ⅓ cup of water
- 1 cup grass-fed butter or ghee - room temp
- 1 ½ cup coconut sugar
- 3 eggs (pasture raised)
- 2 tsp of vanilla extra
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup of brewer's yeast
- 2 cups wholemeal flour
- 2 ½ cups of rolled oats
- 1 ½ cup dark chocolate chips
How to Prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and set aside
- In a large bowl, add butter and coconut sugar. With a wooden spoon, mix until combined.
- Once mixed add eggs, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and yeast, and mix until combined.
- Add flour to the batter and mix well at low speed. Add rolled oats and chocolate chips and keep mixing.
- Portion out onto your baking tray and bake in the oven for 9-10 minutes.
