Super Gut Chia Pudding

This easily preppable breakfast is a gut-loving delight, packed with ingredients that work together to soothe and support your digestive health.

Rolled oats provide gentle soluble fibre to feed your good gut bacteria. Chia and hemp seeds bring a powerhouse of omega-3s, prebiotic fibre, and plant protein to help keep things moving smoothly. The special addition of kefir offers a boost of probiotics to support your microbiome and aid digestion.

This wholefood breakfast is the best gut-loving way to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup chia seeds

  • ½ cup hemp seeds

  • 1 bottle (700ml) kefir – flavour of your choosing

Toppings (optional):

  • Blackberries

  • Strawberries

  • Kiwi fruit

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Raw honey

Method

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and kefir to a large glass container. Stir well to combine.

  2. Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. In the morning, serve 1 portion and top with your favourite fruit, seeds, and a drizzle of honey.
