Fire Honey

A great, super simple recipe you can make at the start of winter to help boost your immune system and get on top of all those bugs & viruses floating around!

What You'll Need:

  • 2 cups raw or manuka honey
  • 2 birds eye chilli (less for kids)
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • 3-4 garlic cloves - sliced
  • Fresh thyme

How to Prepare:

  1. Cut up all the ingredients, add to a clean jar and top with your honey.
  2. Leave in the cupboard for 2 weeks, add to foods, and when sick take 1tsp straight or with food.
  3. Simple!

This homemade remedy combines powerful natural ingredients known for their immune-boosting properties. Honey is a natural antibacterial, garlic and onions are rich in antioxidants, and chilies provide a kick of capsaicin to help clear sinuses. Try it out and give this recipe a go
