What You'll Need:
- 2 cups raw or manuka honey
- 2 birds eye chilli (less for kids)
- ½ red onion sliced
- 3-4 garlic cloves - sliced
- Fresh thyme
How to Prepare:
- Cut up all the ingredients, add to a clean jar and top with your honey.
- Leave in the cupboard for 2 weeks, add to foods, and when sick take 1tsp straight or with food.
- Simple!
