Blend up this creamy maca smoothie for a mid-morning or afternoon pick me up! It’s naturally sweet, loaded with healthy fats, fiber, protein and nutrients to support balanced hormones.

Star ingredient: Maca Powder

Maca is a cruciferous vegetable generally found in powder form. It a great addition to your regular smoothies providing an earthy + salted caramel taste and a range of beautiful benefits!

Its great for supporting stress with the adaptogenic action it provides, plus is wonderful for supporting balanced hormones, increasing libido and supporting testosterone + estrogen function.

- 2 frozen bananas

- 2 medjule dates

- 1 cup of non-dairy milk (oat, almond, coconut)

- 2 tbsp almond butter

- ½ tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tsp maca powder

- 1 tbsp red tractor FHC meal (flax, hemp, chia)

- 1 scoop collagen or plant based protein powder

How to Prepare:

- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy

- Pour in a glass and enjoy!
