What You'll Need:

Base
  • 2 cups almond flour 
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 
  • Pinch of salt 
Caramel 
  • ½ cup of cashew butter
  • 2 scoops of collagen powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 
Top
  • Block of dark chocolate 

How to Prepare:

  1. Combine base ingredients together in a mixing bowl and stir until combined
  2. Transfer the mixture into a narrow baking tin – make sure to line this with baking paper
  3. Next combine the caramel ingredients in a separate bowl, once mixed spread on top of the base layer
  4. Place the baking tin in the freezer for 1 hour to set 
  5. Melt the block of chocolate and pour onto the slice, place back into the freezer to set. 
  6. Leave in the freezer until you are ready to serve!
