The added coconut water and bananas are both rich sources of potassium, can help maintain healthy PH levels in the body and hydrate the body on a cellular level. All of which can make us feel more energized and help us with a clear mind.
- 1 cup full of coconut water
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon of organic spirulina powder
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- handful of frozen blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon of raw honey
- Tablespoon chia seeds
- 3 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in blender
- Mix on high until ingredients are fully blended and a smooth consistency is formed
- Pour and serve- enjoy!
