It's been a week, where you've indulged, and you're wanting to get back on track - we've got you covered!

This is when a detox smoothie can help you hydrate, nourish and support your energy at the same time! Full of potassium, b12, iron and vitamin C this is the perfect way to get in extra vitamins and minerals you normally wouldn’t get in a meal itself and don’t worry- it does taste delicious too!

Spirulina is your go for detoxing the body. It is high in B12 and iron and is your go-to supplement when your body needs detoxing, and even when it doesn’t! Spirulina is overall amazing and supports energy levels with its high nutrient content and is known to remove any heavy metals in the body.

The added coconut water and bananas are both rich sources of potassium, can help maintain healthy PH levels in the body and hydrate the body on a cellular level. All of which can make us feel more energized and help us with a clear mind.
