Herbs of Gold Vitamin B6 100mg contains a blend of pyridoxine and pyridoxial 5-phosphate monohydrate (activated B6), in a convenient one-a-day tablet, to help maintain vitamin B6 levels in the body.
Each tablet contains 85 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride, providing the equivalent of 70 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and 47 mg of pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate, providing the equivalent of 30 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B6). This results in a total of 100 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B6) per tablet. This product does not contain egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose, or artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
Usage:
Adults - Take 1 tablet daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
